Album Filter Window

The Album Filter window to select a subset of albums to display on the Albums window. You can choose up to 3 filters:

• Names – either a File Artist, Sideman, or Label name. Use the lookup field to select the type of name indicated by the selection in the radio button. The lookup field will only display the names in context of the radio button selection. That is, if you select File Artist, only personnel names that are used in the File Artist field of an album will be shown. For Sideman, only personnel names that actually appear on an album will be shown. If Labels is selected, only Label names used for an album entry will be shown.
• Format – select one or more format types
• Location – select one or more locations.

Use the Clear Format Selections or Clear Location Selections buttons to clear all the check items in the corresponding lists.

After making any changes in the filter, use the Update Album List button to apply the changed filter to the list of albums shown on the Album window.
